Booking reminders:
 

• At this time TCS is offering first-come-first-serve scheduling. We will do our best to be flexible around your preference of date and time. 1-on-1 sessions are currently only offered on Mondays each week, both for online and in-person. Coaching clients are booked separately and by design. Classes & events are fixed dates.

• All in-person sessions are offered via phone/video-call should there be distance or mobility issues.

​

• For those not booking through the shop, e-transfers can be sent to ttrafford@thecedarwoodsanctuary.ca

  (auto-deposit is on so no security question needed). Cash is also accepted if coming in-person, but a deposit is encouraged if possible.​

​

• Session deposit ($75 CAD) can be made in the shop if you would like to hold your spot.
